The session gives a brief account of the enhancement measures on integrated education, including enhanced transition mechanism and procedure from pre-school to primary school to facilitate schools to arrange early support for students in need, and planning, promotion and implementation of Enhanced School-based Speech Therapy Service in the domains of prevention, intervention and development. The session also invites a Special Educational Needs Coordinator to share his school’s practices in early identification of and support for students with special educational needs.

本環節簡介優化的融合教育措施,包括加強幼小銜接的機制和流程,讓學校盡早為有需要的學生安排支援,以及「加強校本言語治療服務」在預防、治療和發展範疇的規劃、推動及落實。本環節亦邀請特殊教育需要統籌主任分享學校有關及早識別和支援有特殊教育需要學生的具體措施。
