Students with higher self-efficacy reveal better learning performance and more intrinsic interest etc. An e-Learning platform with built-in content named as RainbowStar is developed to fulfill the need of special education. A study aimed to investigate the relationship between e-learning, the academic efficacy and learning performance in creative art of SEN students was took place in a special school for mild grade intellectual disabilities. Experimental group used RainbowStar as ELearning tool on iPad and control group learned in a traditional way. Results showed that both the academic efficacy and learning quality of e-learning group performed better than the traditional group.
