This programme mainly focuses on SEN students in studying Chinese (including dyslexia, language difficulties, students with lower reading and writing skills). The target are S3-S6 students. The research is carried out with electronic learning resources, including Virtual Reality (VR), TouchCast App and Microsoft Teams to help students immerse in the lessons. In addition, 'Self- assessment Checklists' are used to promote self-directed learning and foster the conceptualization of abstract ideas. They will use Virtual Reality (VR) and video recording apps to assist learning with graphics, text and sound in order to express their thinking, optimize the daily schoolwork and assessment. Moreover, speaker will use S3 TSA and HKDSE classical Chinese text as an example, to trace how the students do the pre-lesson review, classroom activities and homework after the class.

本計劃主要研究特教生(中文科讀寫障礙、語言困難、語文讀寫能力稍遜的學生為主),對象為中三以及高中學生,利用電子教學資源,包括虛擬實境 (VR)、TouchCast多媒體設計應用程式、Microsoft Teams等,協助特教生投入課堂學習活動。同時協助特教生建立「自主學習及評估清單」,為能力稍遜的學生鞏固基礎知識概念。此外,利用虛擬實境及短片錄製軟件協助學生以圖、文、聲表達所思所想,優化一般以文字為主的課業及評估。於演講中會以中三TSA及新高中文言經典範文為內容素材,由追蹤研究對象的在家預習、課堂聽講、討論、課業,最後檢視學習成果。
