Innovative Interdisciplinary 'Start Me Up' Programme: To Nurture the Empathy and the Creativity of Students 推動創新跨學科初創企業教育課程培養學生同理心及創意 Almost Full 快將額滿

Cooperation by different subjects (ICT, BAFS, Chinese Language and Mathematics) teachers, we built a curriculum to nurture empathy and creativity of students in Innovative Interdisciplinary "Start Me Up" Programme. The curriculum focuses on S.4 students, including positive education, design thinking and entrepreneurial spirits.Teachers used social capitals such as partnership with social enterprise for students to have authentic experience using PBL approach. Students are asked to split into different small groups and built a project using design thinking. The scenario for projects are about school and social enterprise. Finally, students made a prototype and pitching to judges and guests. The core value of the curriculum includes: - Innovative Interdisciplinary "Start Me Up" Programme: To nurture empathy and creativity of students - To pursue their dreams and interests, nurture the “entrepreneurial spirits” - To build up the students about caring for the community, building the empathy. Some students awarded the championship of an entrepreneur competition 2019.

由不同學科的老師(包括ICT、BAFS、語文科、數學科等)推動,創新跨學科初創企業教育課程旨在培養學生的同理心及創意。 整個課程主要針對校內中四級的學生,內容包括正向教育、設計思維及創業家思維等;老師亦會利用不同的社會資本,例如與社企合作,為學生締造真實的體驗,繼而進行專題研習。課程中,學生需要跨班進行分組,每個組別均需要運用設計思維進行專題研習,解決真實存在的問題,例如學校問題及社企問題等。最後,學生需要製作成品原型及海報向嘉賓演示。 課程的核心價值包括: - 重視跨科學習以提升學生自信心及培養成長型思維 - 讓學生發掘自己更多的興趣與能力,培養「企業家精神」 - 促使學生關心社區、建立同理心、鼓勵他們積極回饋社會。部份學生更因此獲得聯校創業比賽2019冠軍。
