Lauri is a workplace learning technologist and strategist, working with different organizations on unlocking the value of learning technologies and using them in a meaningful manner. In his day-to-day, Lauri sees learner-centricity and experience design as pathways towards making corporate learning more impactful and value-adding. In his talk, Lauri will be sharing experiences and thoughts on designing workplace learning, the importance of learner experiences and how both design and technology contribute to the whole.
