Two special projects – 'Project BRIGHT' and 'Project P.I.L.O.' under 'Youth Development' of Hong Kong PHAB Association aims at supporting SEN youth (including limited intelligence) and their families during transition from school to workplace. Projects provide comprehensive counselling, personal growth training and career guidance services. Youths can prepare to work through understanding their personal abilities and setting goals. Projects provides appropriate support to each youths through a multi-counselling and support service model including professional counselling and clinical psychologist assessment; group counselling/workshops and mental health management training. Peer counsellors support is one of the supporting modes in the projects. Youths can share their experiences to their peers. The Project, moreover, equips the youth with various techniques and arranges job matching opportunities for the success of their life planning.

香港傷健協會「青年發展」的兩個專項計劃—「融情計劃」和「伯樂計劃」協助從學校過渡職場的SEN青少年（包括有限智能）及其家庭提供綜合輔導、個人成長訓練及生涯指導等服務。協助青少年瞭解其個人能力，進一步訂立就業目標，為投身職場作好準備。部門以多元輔導及支援服務模式為青少年提供適切支援，包括：專業個案輔導及臨床心理學家評估、小組輔導/工作坊、精神健康管理訓練，在青年主導的理念下，部門更推廣朋輩輔導支援，讓過來人向同輩分享自身經驗。此外，計劃亦為正尋找工作的青少年提供職業配對和培訓，助他們在人生規劃上跨出一大步。
